The practice uses a computer operated appointment system for both doctor and practice nurse appointments. Appointments may be made by telephoning 01475 506048 or by calling at the surgery. Routine appointments are available each weekday in the morning and afternoon. If you need an urgent appointment you will be seen as soon as possible on that day.
The surgery is open continuously from 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. and at least one member of our reception staff is always available during these hours for telephone calls or face-to-face encounters. Doctors are available for telephone advice at the end of each morning surgery or as advised by reception staff.
Whilst every effort is made to keep to appointment times, emergencies outwith our control do occur and we ask your forbearance.
EMERGENCY SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE.
