The practice uses a computer based appointment system for both doctor and practice nurse appointments. Appointments may be made by telephoning 01475 506048, in person at the surgery or online using Patient Access. Routine appointments are available each weekday in the morning and afternoon. If you need an urgent appointment we will aim to see you as soon as possible on that day.
Please note, a limited number of extended hours appointments are also available. Please ask reception staff for further details when making an appointment.
The surgery is open continuously from 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. and at least one member of our reception staff is always available during these hours, for telephone calls or face-to-face encounters.
Whilst every effort is made to keep to appointment times, emergencies beyond our control do occur and we ask your forbearance.
A LIMITED NUMBER OF EMERGENCY SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE.
